Job Title: Testing Technician

Job Summary:

The Testing Technician is responsible for conducting tests, troubleshooting, analyzing results, and reporting findings. This role requires a strong understanding of test procedures, excellent problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Tests: Perform tests on products, software, or systems to evaluate performance and compliance with standards.

Document Results: Record and analyze test results, reporting any issues or discrepancies to the relevant team.

Develop Test Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of test procedures.

Maintain Equipment: Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate results.

Troubleshoot Issues: Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to identify problems and areas for improvement.

Collaborate: Work closely with design and production teams to understand product specifications and recommend adjustments if needed.

Ensure Safety: Comply with safety rules and regulations in the testing lab or facility.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities and assist in the development of quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Testing Technician or similar role.

Hands-on experience with the use of testing and measurement equipment.

Strong understanding of test data interpretation.

Technical capacity and problem-solving attitude.

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

Technical knowledge and skills in testing procedures.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills for documenting and reporting results.

Ability to maintain and calibrate testing equipment.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Environment:

Testing Technicians can work in various settings, including electronics manufacturing companies, automotive industries, aerospace and defense contractors, industrial manufacturing firms, research laboratories, and quality assurance departments.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
