We are seeking an experienced

Testing & Commissioning Engineer

who is

ADDC approved

to join our team for an ongoing project in

Al Ain

. The ideal candidate must be available for immediate mobilization and willing to handle their own Food, Accommodation, and Transport (FAT).

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment in compliance with ADDC standards and project specifications. Review and verify all pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation (method statements, checklists, inspection & test plans). Perform system functional tests and troubleshoot issues on LV/HV switchgear, transformers, RMUs, protection relays, and control panels. Prepare commissioning reports, punch lists, and ensure timely rectification of any issues. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and ADDC for inspections and approvals. Ensure safe commissioning procedures are followed at all times. Support the project team during the energization process and ensure system integrity before handing over.

Requirements:

Mandatory

: ADDC Approval as Testing & Commissioning Engineer Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in testing & commissioning, preferably with ADDC/DEWA/TRANSCO projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, protection schemes, and testing instruments Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
