Minimum Qualification
GRADUATE DIPLOMA
Knowledge in GIS substations up to 220 KV
Knowledge in Protection relays functions and settings
Knowledge in LCC / Protection schematics
Plan, schedule, and oversee all electrical testing and commissioning activities on the project.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of commissioning tasks.
Review and approve electrical test procedures, method statements, and commissioning plans.
Ensure that electrical systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, , UPS, control systems, etc.) are tested according to standards.
Monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Ensure that safety procedures and risk assessments are followed during testing and commissioning works.
Maintain and manage commissioning documentation, including checklists, test reports.
Coordinate SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and energization activities.
* Support handover and close-out documentation, defects clearance, Standby calls including O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
