JOB DESCRIPTION
o Understanding of Payments domain with areas like Core Payments, UPI, Open API, o payment gateways, transaction processing. o Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI. o Developing comprehensive test plans for payment systems. o Identifying and mitigating risks in payment transactions. o Collaborating with developers, business teams, and regulatory bodies o .Managing and mentoring a team of testers. o Quickly identifying and resolving testing issues. o Keeping up with evolving payment technologies and regulations. o Clear documentation and reporting of test results o Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery o Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas o Interaction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues o Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager. o Ensure compliance with Client and Quality Kiosk processes. o Knowledge Management on the project o Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing o Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently o Tracking project milestones and deliverables o Managing the offshore team and monitor the work o Providing the inputs / clarifications to offshore team o Keeping track of new requirements from the project o Daily Defect discussions o Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines o Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals o Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation o Report upon testing activities, including testing results, to build test suite, write test cases coverage, defects o Ensure adherence to test Processes o Coordinate with various team in Client for UAT
