Seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to drive testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance across banking and financial technology projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage testing strategies, processes, and frameworks across multiple projects. Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Lead functional, automation, and non-functional testing (performance, security, usability, resilience). Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage meets business and regulatory needs. Monitor test metrics, KPIs, and quality gates to drive continuous improvement. Manage defect lifecycle, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Build and mentor a high-performing test team. Ensure compliance with QA best practices and industry standards. Drive adoption of automation tools and CI/CD integration. Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and release teams for seamless delivery. Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and testing-related escalations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: 1

0+ years in software testing, with 4+ years in a Test Manager role

Domain

: Strong banking/financial knowledge (retail banking, payments, lending, core banking)

Tools:

Selenium, UFT, Cypress, Tosca, JMeter, LoadRunner

Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices Proven experience in team building, mentoring, and resource management Familiarity with regulatory and compliance testing in banking Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
