Job Description
Develop a comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy tailored to the corporate loan origination transformation project, including test objectives, scope, and test criteria. Lead and manage the UAT testing team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to the test plan and schedule. Create detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts, overseeing their execution, defect tracking, and resolution. Help create the UAT progress dashboards for daily/weekly meetings Establish clear lines of communication with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to report testing progress, issues, and results. Conduct the defect resolution meeting with functional testers and technical engineers Ensure that UAT aligns with business requirements, regulatory standards, and best practices, and coordinate with the development team to address any identified defects or issues promptly.
