Job Description

We're seeking a Territory Sales Specialist at Intelligent iOud Co., in Kuwait. In this role, your primary responsibility will be on-the-ground engagement, creating and nurturing face-to-face relationships with potential partners in the industry. You will be our brand ambassador, working hands-on to expand our brand's presence by showcasing our superior product range and creating long-term partnerships with industry. Key Responsibilities Creating leads, market research, cold calls for potential business opportunity and conduct daily visits to different business and clients and interact with business owners and managers within your assigned territory, promoting our premium collection and fostering lasting professional ties. Create and monitor execution of sales promotion campaign display / merchandising & in shop branding. Possess an in-depth understanding of our offerings, ensuring you can address queries, highlight benefits, and illustrate the unmatched quality we bring to the table during face-to-face interactions. Advocate for our product variety, pricing models, and exclusive promotions, aligning proposals with the interests of potential clients. Keep a pulse on local beauty trends, competitor strategies, and stylist preferences, using this knowledge to refine your engagement approach and provide feedback for our product strategy. Prioritize building and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals, ensuring they receive the support and information they need while also addressing any concerns or inquiries. Maintain meticulous records of your daily visits, interactions, and insights, periodically sharing detailed reports with the management team. Log detailed accounts of client engagements and interactions, and periodically report on progress and opportunities to senior management. Qualifications Previous experience in direct sales, client engagement, or a similar role within the beauty / cosmetics sector. Distribution of products, and attendance at company/company sponsored meetings; travel may be necessary. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to initiate, cultivate, and solidify offline client relationships. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and equipped to operate autonomously. An innate passion and a genuine interest in understanding client needs. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous, but the ability to connect and communicate is paramount. Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers. Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
