Job Description

The Territory Manager will be responsible for launching and leading the Hyderabad, India operations of a growing facility management company. This is a strategic and operational leadership role requiring a hands-on approach to business development, client servicing, operational oversight, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development & Client Relations



Identify and engage potential clients across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Operational Oversight



Supervise day-to-day facility operations including cleaning, maintenance, security, and other services. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of services.

Financial Management



Oversee billing processes and ensure timely payments from clients. Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of the Hyderabad unit.

Team & Workforce Management



Collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring of blue-collar staff. Make quick decisions on allowances, accommodation, and welfare of field staff. Resolve operational queries in coordination with the back-office team.

Reporting & Strategy



Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives in the region.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree, Facility Management, or related field. 7-12 years of experience in facility management, operations, or territory management. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage diverse teams and multitask under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
