Responsibilities:
Comprehensive supervision of all terminal operations during assigned shifts (e.g., Baggage Management, MHB, L&L Management, driver allocation, passenger convenience etc.), as per the detailed job description provided by HR.
Ensure that all staff adhere to safety, security, and operational guidelines at all times.
Act as the main point of contact during the shift for any issues or emergencies.
Respond to customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with customer service to keep operations running smoothly.
Monitor terminal equipment and facilities and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain proper shift handover notes and daily reports for management.
Assist in audits, inspections and emergency procedures as needed.
Requirements and skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, Hospitality Management, Logistics or a related field.
Good knowledge of operational and safety procedures.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Flexible to work at any assigned location as per company requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
