1. Ensuring the facilities of daily operations and maintenance in compliance with Company processes 2. Frequent checks on the safety of the terminal as per port & free zone regulations 3. Discharge of chemical products from ship to shore tanks. 4. Conduct regular inspections of the terminal to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. 5. Attending port related tanker berth user meetings. 6. Monitoring the drum filling / Blending etc. 7. In charge of complete terminal operations ship unloading, before & after co-ordination, 8. Cleaning of shore tanks & shipping lines, getting the same ready for the next cargo 9. Perform vessel operation, obtaining the clearance from customs & port authority. Coordinating with harbor master & vessel operators for the clearance. Appointing severer for the vessel quantity confirmation and getting approvals from port & customs on final vessel quantity. 10. Monitor, control and record the operational parameters of storage facilities and ship unloading operation and take corrective measures to meet efficient operations. 11. Post operation, such as dip test & cross checking dip test and level gauge through PLC. 12. Development and maintenance of terminal export operating procedures and associated documentation, 13. Responsible to promote adherence to technical, financial, personnel and administrative policies, procedures and controls. Prepares regular reports on operational as well as quality, health, safety and environmental performance. 14. HAZOP Study, Hazardous Area Classification, Risk Assessment, Evacuation Plan and following Operation SOP & Safety norms. 15. Prepare & Disseminates Analysis Report, MIS, Loss-gain analysis report, market analysis, operation cost, budget, productivity analysis etc. 16. Work permit, Material Reservation, PR, PO & Stock aging report. Inventory management, Annual operation & Maintenance budget, and CAPEX budget.
