Tenders Coordinator

About the Client: One of the leading and well-established pharmaceutical distribution company.

Coordination, Preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) & other tender documents.
Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities & able to efficiently respond to queries in a professional manner.
Manage Company Subscriptions to Various Customer Portals, and including online portal.
Keep and Maintain Price Database from suppliers and customers.
Communication with Commercial team for the Price/status reports and prepare bids accordingly.

Skills

Good command of English.
Professional level skills of Microsoft office.
Content writing.
Excellent Command on working in online Portals, like TEJARI\xe2\x80\xa6 etc.
Communication & Time Management, Timeline Oriented.
Preference will be given to candidate with work experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies.
Preferred candidates in UAE, as immediate joining desired.
