for our Catering Division to manage all tender-related activities for corporate catering, events, institutions, schools, and government contracts. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate tender documents, coordinate with culinary and operations teams, and ensure timely submission of competitive catering proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Review tender invitations, RFPs, RFQs, and catering contract requirements.
Prepare complete tender proposals including menu plans, pricing, staffing plans, and service details.
Coordinate with chefs, nutritionists, purchasing, and operations teams for menu costing and technical inputs.
Develop cost estimates for catering services (food cost, labor, equipment, logistics).
Compile supporting documents such as HACCP, ISO certificates, trade licenses, company profiles, and past performance.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with food safety, hygiene, and client specifications.
Prepare BOQs, menu costing sheets, and technical & financial bid folders.
Manage tender timelines, clarifications, addendums, and submission requirements.
Submit tenders online (e-procurement portals) or physical submissions
Follow up on tender results and maintain a tender tracker.
Maintain a library of standard documents, menus, and pricing templates for future tenders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years experience in tendering, preferably in catering, F&B, facilities management, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of catering operations, menu costing, and food service requirements.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong coordination, writing, and document preparation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
