Identify new tender opportunities through various channels (government portals, tender platforms, industry contacts).
Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) to determine project requirements, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with estimating, planning, procurement, legal, and project management teams to compile all necessary technical and commercial inputs.
Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and compliant tender documents within specified deadlines.
Maintain and update a database of pricing, subcontractor quotes, supplier lists, and historical bids.
Conduct post-tender clarifications and assist in negotiations as needed.
Monitor and track tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain templates, procedures, and best practices for the tendering process.
Ensure all tenders comply with internal governance and client-specific compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tendering, estimating, or business development within the construction industry.
