Urgently Required 2 ( number) Finishing Foreman with GCC Experienced(Minimum 5Year in Civil ) for a construction company in Sharjah.
Oversee and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and final fixtures.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain high-quality standards in all finishing works.
Inspect and approve completed tasks before handing over for final inspection.
Direct and manage site laborers and subcontractors involved in finishing works.
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers.
Coordinate the schedule of finishing works with MEP, civil, and structural teams to avoid delays.
Request and verify required finishing materials.
Ensure proper storage and usage of materials to reduce wastage.
Track daily progress of finishing activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety standards and company policies.
Enforce the use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
Address issues related to finishing details, coordination, or quality immediately to avoid rework or project delays.
