to join our dynamic team in the Road and Infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential tender opportunities in the road and infrastructure sector.
Coordinate and compile all documentation required for pre-qualification and tender submissions.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project scope and requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with relevant departments.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal departments to ensure timely submission of tenders.
Follow up with clients and consultants regarding submitted bids.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and project databases.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and procedural guidelines in all tender activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or proposal preparation, preferably in road and infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of government and private tendering procedures.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tendering portals.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
