Tendering & Estimation Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents and technical specifications
Prepare and oversee detailed cost estimates
Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for bid accuracy
Develop competitive pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies
Manage tender submission process from start to finish
Analyze competitors' bids and market trends
Prepare tender reports and documentation for management review
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
Proven experience in estimation and tendering, preferably in construction or engineering sectors
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent project management and leadership abilities
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite
