Al Athar for Trading and Contracting Co. W.L.L. is seeking a qualified

Tendering Engineer

with proven experience in road and infrastructure projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing tenders, cost estimation, and contract documentation while ensuring compliance with Qatar construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tender documents for road and infrastructure projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience as a Tendering Engineer in road and infrastructure projects Experience working with construction companies in Qatar Valid

MMUP/UPDA Certification - Grade A or Grade B (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards and tendering procedures Ability to join immediately

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: QAR 10,000, Depending on qualifications and experience Other benefits as per company policy
