estimation, costing, and tendering
processes for all FM projects, ensuring competitive and accurate submissions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit tenders for facility management projects.
Analyze tender documents, scope of work, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for accurate costing and resource estimation.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing models.
Track and manage tender documentation and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
(mandatory).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in tendering and estimation for
Facility Management projects
(Hard & Soft Services).
Strong knowledge of FM operations, costing, and market rates in Qatar.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
