Tender Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Review and analyze tender documents and requirements from clients. Coordinate the end-to-end tender process including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), requests for proposal (RFPs), and invitation to tender (ITT). Prepare, compile, edit, and proofread bid documents and submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency. Liaise with subject matter experts to collect technical, commercial, and legal input. Ensure all technical submittals as per RFPs are met at the highest quality. Track tender deadlines and ensure all submissions are made on time. Maintain a database of past tenders, templates, and supporting documents. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the tender process. Conduct post-tender reviews and feedback analysis to improve future submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



A Degree / HND in QS or engineering. Proven experience (2-5 years) in a tendering, bid coordination, or proposal management role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with tendering portals and procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Proactis, etc.) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
