Job Description

We are hiring for "Retail Delivery/ Tenant Coordinator" for our client based in sharjah "Real estate developer" company. Monitor the fit-out companies carried out by company. Tendering, evaluation, execution till completion of fit-out project management. Supervise the property inspection team and ensure all the punch list items, nominated units are competed up to standards prior to tenants' commitment. Coordinate with design, construction, property operations and leasing team and conduct pre site handover design meetings to enhance Architectural design. Primary focus on fit-out and designs, projects, vendors, contractors, client, buyer, tenants' and other stakeholders and ensure on-going issues are resolved within the timelines. Overseeing the retail construction progress, unit design and fit-out delivery and closely monitor the appointed 3rd party Architect and MEP consultants/contractors which includes design inspection, construction and fitting process and ensure all tenancy fit outs are in-line with the approved drawings and project standards. On-going monitoring of the fit-out phase Take over ready residential units from the construction team and deliver to property operations.
