. The role ensures compliance with design, safety, and operational standards while coordinating with landlords, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and regulations, delivering a smooth onboarding experience that supports the community environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the tenant journey from lease signing to move-in/opening.
Coordinate handover of residential, retail, and office units, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Provide tenants with Baraha Town's fit-out and operational guidelines.
Review and approve design submissions for retail and commercial spaces.
Monitor tenant fit-out works, ensuring alignment with Baraha Town's design standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings, timelines, and quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all properties.
Act as the main liaison between tenants and internal departments.
Work closely with Facilities Management to ensure all services/utilities are ready for tenant occupation.
Support leasing and legal teams with technical and compliance inputs.
Provide a positive tenant experience by ensuring efficient communication and timely support.
Address tenant concerns during fit-out and move-in phases.
Support community events and initiatives to strengthen tenant engagement.
Maintain accurate records of approvals, permits, correspondence, and progress reports.
Prepare regular management updates on tenant coordination activities.
Track timelines and highlight risks to ensure timely delivery of tenant projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 - 7 years in tenant coordination, property management, or fit-out supervision (preferably in mixed-use or community developments).
Strong understanding of building codes, fit-out standards, residential and commercial operations.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, combined with technical expertise in reviewing drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
