Must-Haves
3+ years fit-out engineering experience (office/commercial)
Strong site execution & subcontractor management
AutoCAD literacy; can read drawings/MEP layouts
Solid HSE knowledge; night-shift ready
Clear communication; can work independently to a tight deadline
