We are looking for a well-presented and professional
Temporary Receptionist
to support our front desk operations for a short-term period. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Keep the reception area tidy and organized
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Handle basic scheduling and coordination tasks
Requirements:
Must hold a
valid freelance visa
(residency/sponsorship not provided)
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED150.00 - AED200.00 per day
