This is a temporary position for a Receptionist at Pemex FZE located on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Other responsibilities include performing clerical tasks such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills, including managing administrative tasks and organizing records
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
Proven ability to work in a professional and organized manner
Familiarity with office software and tools
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
