Job Summary: Our client is looking for a live in Nanny to help look after their two children. Mum and dad both work so mum really needs someone who can be her eyes and ears when she is not around. The family also would like the candidate to be able to teach the children good manners and etiquette. There will be downtime during the day while the children are at school. The role will be temporary to begin with and if all goes well, could go permanent for the right candidate. Accommodation: Own bedroom with bathroom General duties:
- Get the children up in the morning and ready for school (driver provided to transport to school)
- Assist with homework
- Teach the children table manners, etiquette and how to be polite
- Arrange and take to playdates
- Take to after school activities
- Help with dinner time – family have a cook
- Put the children to bed
- Get the childrens bags ready in the morning
- Keep the childrens areas neat and tidy
- Arts and crafts
Candidate requirements:
- Experience within a similar role with similar aged children
- Someone responsible who the family can trust
- Reliable and organised
- Not too strict – firm but fair
- Someone who can engage with both age groups of children
- Someone happy to travel with the family
