Temporary Accounting Assistant

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in an efficient and timely manner the operational management of the accounting area.
  • Support in attention and payment to suppliers, petty cash management
  • Entry of invoices, issuance of withholdings, deposits, registration of bank debits, control and payment of basic services
  • Quarterly credit sales report
  • Detail and analysis for tax declaration, preparation and validation of transactions
  • Bank reconciliations, payment of national and foreign suppliers, analysis of accounts payable and receivable.

Job Requirements:

  • Updated knowledge in accounting and taxation.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office. Intermediate Excel
  • Knowledge and management of SAP program (accounting) optional.
  • Firm knowledge of accounting procedures (depreciation, amortization, settlement of imports)
  • Management of Cash management banks.
  • Cash closing management.
