Temper Machine Operator

Job Description
- Make mechanical changes and adjustments to line equipment and operate all automation equipment
- Make complete changes of tooling used to produce various automotive patterns and make the necessary programming and equipment set-up changes to both programmable controllers and robots.
- Plan and address daily production needs.
- Ensure quality production to meet customer specifications
- Make SPC checks, maintain all control charts, and complete all process checks as required.
- Maintain line cleanliness, including proper storage of tools, emptying trash and getting full trash hoppers dumped.
- Accurate and timely report/enter/log daily production information into the appropriate forms and/or databases.
- Assign and direct personnel on pattern changes and short periods of downtime.
- Report all unsafe equipment and/or conditions.
Part-time hours: 60 per week Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Temper operator: 3 years (Preferred)
