We are looking for a confident and results-driven Tele-caller to handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed sales or clients. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and a persuasive approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Attend and handle incoming calls professionally. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries. Explain products or services clearly and accurately. Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales or clients. Answer questions and resolve basic queries from callers. Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer interaction preferred. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.
