OMX SOLUTIONS is hiring a motivated and target-oriented

Tele Caller - IT Hardware Sales

to support our sales operations. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, customer engagement, and promoting IT hardware products.

Key Responsibilities: -



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote IT hardware products

Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and follow-ups

Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

Maintain and update customer information in CRM

Follow up on quotations and coordinate with the sales team for closures

Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead/sales targets

Handle customer queries and provide basic technical information

Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications: -



Minimum 1 YEAR - 2 YEAR experience in tele-calling or inside sales (IT hardware preferred)

Basic knowledge of IT hardware products (desktops, laptops, printers, networking items, accessories, etc.)

Excellent communication skills in English

Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)

Eligibility Criteria:



Female candidates only

Must be on Husband Visa

Currently residing in Dubai

Job Type: Full-time
