Telesales Specialist – Off Plan Real Estate (hindi/urdu Speaker)

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:



Proactively contact and qualify leads through outbound calls (150+ calls/day). Schedule and conduct 2-3 client meetings daily (in-person or virtual). Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience. Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects in Dubai. Maintain and regularly update CRM and customer databases. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
