Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated,
bilingual (Arabic and English speaking)
Telesales Specialist
to manage personal follow-ups and lead engagement for upcoming seminars scheduled in UAE & Saudi. Your role will be critical in ensuring target attendance is achieved by building rapport, following up on interest, confirming registrations, and reducing drop-off.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-up & Funnel Engagement:
Call and personally follow-up with key leads and non-responders.
Initiate LinkedIn cold outreach for target professionals.
Engage with shortlisted high-quality leads 3-5 days before the event with a structured call.
Track and manage leads through all funnel stages:
Cold Prospecting.
Interest & Follow-up.
Warm Leads / RSVP Confirmed.
Engaged (Call/Email/WhatsApp Sent).
Confirmed Attendance.
Attended / No-Show.
Maintain updated records on Google Sheets/CRM system for management visibility.
Customize messaging based on lead profile to ensure relevance.
Cold Calling and Cold Messaging.
Adapt tone and response handling depending on audience type (senior-level finance professionals, business owners, etc.).

Prior experience in

Job Type:
Project-based (with possible extension based on performance).
Project Based Salary:
AED 3000 - 4000 (40-45 Days).
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 9 AM - 6 PM
Weekends: Active follow-ups required during the last week leading up to the event.
Extended Hours: Flexibility to support during late hours in the final 3-4 days before the seminar.
