Bright Doors Visa Services is looking for a confident, energetic, and highly motivated
Sales Executive
with experience in Telesales or immigration consultation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to convert leads into successful clients. If you excel in customer interaction and closing deals, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote immigration and work permit services.
Convert inquiries into clients through effective sales strategies.
Provide accurate information on immigration programs, requirements, and processes.
Follow up with leads daily and maintain proper records in CRM.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
Assist walk-in clients with consultations and service explanations.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when dealing with clients.
Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telesales or direct sales in the UAE.
Strong communication skills in
English + Hindi/Urdu/Nepaali
(multilingual candidates preferred).
Prior
immigration or visa sales experience
is highly preferred.
Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and close deals effectively.
Excellent presentation skills and a client-friendly personality.
Must be currently based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
