Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers. Provide accurate product information and answer client inquiries. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements

Pharmacy background or formal pharmacy education

(Diploma, Bachelor's, or equivalent). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to explain pharmaceutical products clearly and professionally. Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
