Tele Sales Representatives
to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should be with a proven background in tele sales or customer service. Candidates with experience ininterior design, real estate, or construction
industries will be preferred, but it's not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company services. Handle inbound inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships. Achieve sales targets and maintain detailed call records. Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication. Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other team members for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or customer service. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Immediate joiners only. Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
Offer & Benefits:
Base Salary + Commission
and benefits as per UAE Labor Law.Base Salary depends on experience:
Junior (1-3 years): AED 4,500 - 6,000 Senior (4+ years): AED 6,500 - 8,000+ Additional incentives for top performers.Job Type: Full-time
