Telesales Representatives

with

at least 1 year of real estate experience

to join our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients daily. Promote residential and commercial real estate listings across Dubai. Understand client requirements and schedule meetings or property viewings with agents. Generate qualified leads and build a strong client pipeline. Follow up diligently on inquiries and maintain records in the CRM system. Consistently achieve or exceed individual call and conversion targets. Provide excellent client service and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of telesales experience in the real estate sector

. Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills. Familiarity with the

Dubai real estate market

. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer skills.
