Job Description

We Platinum Square are seeking passionate individuals to join us.



Responsibilities



- Contact potential or existing clients to provide information on properties or new projects.

- Address inquiries about properties, new projects, or the company.

- Pose relevant questions to comprehend customer needs and transform general leads into potential opportunities.

- Guide potential leads to the sales agents' team.

- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information for customer profiling.

- Work diligently to convert company-assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.

Qualifications

:

- Familiarity with the UAE property market and the ability to learn about and explain new projects to prospects.

- Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
