Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to leads and inquiries provided by the company.
Present and promote our immigration and visa services in a professional manner.
Answer basic client questions and guide them toward the next steps.
Meet daily call targets and contribute toward monthly conversion goals.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in
English and Hindi
(other languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office
and CRM tools.
A proactive attitude with the ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
