Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain business loan products.
Qualify leads based on eligibility and business requirements.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions confidently.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead closures.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow compliance, company guidelines, and quality standards strictly.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in fintech/loans/financial services is mandatory
.
Fluency in Kannada and English
is compulsory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand customer pain points and offer suitable solutions.
Good listening skills and a professional telephone manner.
Basic understanding of loan products, financial terms, and credit assessments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.

Knowledge of additional languages (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam).
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
