Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential customers.
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture customer relationships.
Manage objections and turn skeptical prospects into interested buyers.
Meet or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales goals.
Record details of calls and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handoffs or escalations.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and customer needs.
Who We're Looking For:
0-2 years of experience in a telesales or telecalling role.
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Fluency in English and one or more regional languages.
High energy levels and a strong desire to achieve sales success.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous sales or customer service experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced or target-driven environment.
Ability to speak multiple languages like English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil. Telugu, or Kannada
