Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to German- and English-speaking clients
Present and promote company products and services
Build rapport with prospective customers and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in both
German (Deutsch)
and
English
(spoken and written)
Proven experience in
telesales or inside sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Fintech or financial services experience is a significant plus
