Sales Representatives
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to new and existing customers, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service, addressing their needs, and resolving issues.
Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and close sales deals efficiently.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Reporting:
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager or Sales Director.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Product Knowledge:
Continuously update and improve knowledge of our products, services, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any course
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Must be willing to relocate in Dubai, UAE.
