Female Telesales Executive
to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
Hindi and English
and have prior experience in
outbound sales
, such as credit cards, insurance, or BPO roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads (data provided)
Promote products/services to generate interest
Set appointments for the sales team
Update CRM and maintain accurate call records
Follow up and nurture leads consistently
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidates only
Experience in telesales/telecalling or outbound sales
Fluent in
Hindi , Tagalog & English
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
Comfortable handling objections
Basic computer skills
Preferred:
2+ years experience in telesales or BPO
