Generate Leads and Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Process orders & sending quotations.
Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.
Qualifications & Eligibility
2 years experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service.
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
Excellent customer service skills.
Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
