Process orders & sending quotations.
Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.
Qualifications & Eligibility
2 years experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service (UAE or Own Country Experience)
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
Excellent customer service skills.
Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
