Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our team at Pitstop44 Auto Service Center. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new and existing customers to promote our car services, schedule appointments, and upsell garage products such as vehicle servicing packages, repairs, and accessories. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly respond to incoming WhatsApp inquiries and proactively follow up to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote garage services such as car servicing, oil change, wheel alignment, detailing, and repair packages. Book appointments for services, repairs, and inspections. Follow up on customer inquiries and past appointments to encourage repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and bookings. Handle basic customer questions and objections effectively. Upsell relevant products and services based on customer needs. Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate service bookings. Send reminders for upcoming service dates or promotions.

Requirements:

Previous telesales or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus (training provided). Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Good organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM systems or booking software is an advantage. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
