As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing
inbound and outbound calls
, following up with potential clients, and converting qualified leads into successful immigration cases. You will play a key role in providing accurate immigration guidance and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive daily telesales calls
Follow up on assigned leads and convert them into clients
Provide accurate, up-to-date information about immigration programs
Meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets
Keep detailed client records in the company's CRM system
Collaborate with team members to reach company-wide goals
Participate in short promotional videos for social media (optional but preferred)
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum
3-6 months of experience
in immigration sales
Fluent in English
(spoken and written)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Professional handling of multiple client inquiries
Basic computer literacy and CRM knowledge
Positive, goal-oriented, and team-driven attitude
Willingness to appear in short social media videos is a plus
Knowledge of additional languages
such as
Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, or Tagalog
is an advantage
