We are currently seeking a
female Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least1 year of experience in telesales
or a relevant sales field such ascredit card sales, immigration services, or telecom products
.Fluency in
Punjabi, Hindi, and Tagalog
is essential for effectively communicating with a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products. Convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and communication. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Record and update customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service.
