We are a fast-growing organization operating across the Gulf region with a strong presence in digital, real estate, and consulting businesses. We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused individual to manage front-desk operations and drive telesales activities for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, directing them to the right departments.
Maintain visitor logs, office schedules, and appointment calendars.
Support basic administrative duties including courier handling, stationery inventory, and coordination with office support staff.
Telesales & Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate qualified leads.
Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets with accurate information.
Follow up on warm leads, schedule meetings for sales executives, and ensure regular communication.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Assist the sales team with proposal follow-ups, meeting coordination, and client documentation when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
telesales, customer service, or reception/admin role
(UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English
; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
Pleasant personality, confident phone manner, and a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
