before being assigned or closed.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up on
company-generated leads
Carefully qualify leads
to ensure accuracy, seriousness, and client readiness
Verify client requirements, budget, timeline, and property preferences
Promote and sell real estate properties (off-plan and secondary market)
Schedule qualified appointments and viewings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system
Ensure lead information is complete, verified, and properly documented
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate tele sales in Dubai with a minimum of 1 year experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and lead-qualification skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Target-driven and professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
