Job Description
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-oriented Telesales & Marketing Assistant
to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in telesales and lead generation within the UAE market, with strong communication and client engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through outbound calls and email campaigns. Promote products and services to potential clients across the UAE. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate details of leads, activities, and follow-ups. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve client interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, sales, or lead generation in the UAE market. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and email communication. Ability to work independently with a goal-driven mindset. Customer-focused attitude and passion for achieving results.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
